Ingredients

  • 250 gm crumbled paneer
  • 1 carrot cut up
  • 1 onion, chopped finely.
  • Black pepper, half a teaspoon
  • 1 handful of loose-leaf lettuce
  • 1 cucumber, chopped finely
  • add a dash of salt
  • 1 tomato, chopped finely
  • 1 handful of minced cilantro leaves

Recipe

  • Grab a big bowl.
  • Include lettuce, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, onions, and crumbled paneer.
  • Season the salad with salt and black pepper.
  • Make sure to thoroughly combine the seasoning.
  • Add coriander leaves as a garnish.

Paneer is very easy to grill. Simply brush it with oil and place it on the grill. Marinate the paneer in a cilantro-mint chutney to up the ante. Simply rub the chutney on the cheese and vegetables before grilling them. Although we made this with grilled peppers and onions, you are free to substitute any of your preferred vegetables! Tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, and mushrooms are all excellent options.

Ingredients

Ingredients of green chutney:

  • 100 grams of cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 cup of mint leaves
  • Peeled 1/2 of a small onion
  • a teaspoon of lime juice
  • ½ tablespoon garlic
  • a half-teaspoon of fresh ginger
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • a green chilli, if desired

Ingredients of Salad:

  • 300 grams paneer cut in cubes
  • 1 small onion, peeled and roughly chopped
  • Cut 8 mini peppers in half, remove the stems and seeds.
  • 1 small head of washed romaine lettuce
  • 20 ml of olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • Grill at a medium temperature.
  • In a food processor, combine all the chutney ingredients.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Place half of the chutney on the paneer and the chopped vegetables.
  • The paneer and vegetables should be grilled for five minutes on each side.
  • When the paneer has nice grill marks on both sides, remove it.
  • Once the vegetables have softened, remove them.
  • Place the vegetables on top of the lettuce on a large platter.
  • Add paneer to the salad.
  • Drizzle with the olive oil
  • Sprinkle salt.
  • Serve with green chutney.
